Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat sugars, butter, and cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Pour into a buttered dish and let cool until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy the caramel goodness.
